To be eligible you must be:

• An enrolled member of a federally or state recognized tribe, OR
• Of documented Indigenous descent, OR
• Of Native ancestry and maintain an active connection to your Indigenous heritage and/or specific tribal community.

DNA ancestry test results alone are not sufficient for listing eligibility. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please reach out before submitting.

• Upon receipt of your information, we will send you a media release form to sign and return. Your listing will go live once we receive your completed form.
