Having more than two decades of experience in the entertainment field, Elise Burks has become a "Jack of All Trades" in every sense of the term. Elise has worked in multiple arenas, from casting to writing to producing, for companies such as CBS/WBBM, FOX, NBC, Food Network and Bunim-Murray Productions. Currently, Elise works under the Operations department for Broadway In Chicago while also independently casting for multiple TV/Film/Commercial/Theatre projects for various agencies. Elise focuses her specific talents on bringing Indigenous, Native and POC talent to the forefront. Managing up and coming talent on breaking into the business is also a passion of Elise's, with the hopes of bringing under-represented talent the knowledge and power they need to be equipped with in order to get into the room. Representation matters.
